Q4: What is the funding limit for Innovation Fund proposals ?

A4: There is no specific limit on funding, but the Innovation Fund is intended to support small investigative studies in promising and often risky areas of work that may ultimately lead to more substantive funding later in the DTC's programme if the promise is realised.

The average value of Innovation Fund studies is about £20K and in no case has the DTC placed more than £30K on an Innovation Fund study to date. For more details, see the Innovation Fund section.
